During the 2018 school summer holidays volunteers from Rotherham Timebuilders, Rotherham Minster and St Paul's Masbrough offered a weekly picnic in Ferham Park.
Over the course of the six weeks we served on 300 healthy lunches to local families and played games and activities in the sunshine.
Thanks to donations from local supermarkets, and the help of our amazing volunteers, we were able to provide weekly emergency food parcels for anyone struggling financially as a result of lockdown.
This has since grown into our Social Supermarket, follow the link below for more details.
A Community meal was held every Monday particularly for local families at St Paul’s Masbrough.
Due to COVID, this had to close down and our focus has been on our Social Supermarket, follow the link above for more information.
Our Tuesday Singers are a relaxed, informal group that meets weekly in the Minster to share in a love of singing.
If you enjoy singing please come along on a Tuesday and ask a member of the team. The choir meets at 11:00am for an hour, next to the children's area in the Minster.
Masbrough community choir is an open choir available to anyone regardless of their vocal skills. The choir is a fun and engaging group where members are able to make new friendships and enjoy singing.
Masbrough Community Choir is open to anyone.
